By accessing or using O&B Brick Paving's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

O&B Brick Paving provides hardscaping and landscaping services including:

• Brick paver installation
• Retaining walls
• Custom driveways
• Landscaping design and implementation

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and material costs. A written agreement is required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

• 30% deposit required to schedule work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, major credit cards

5. Warranties

Our workmanship warranty covers structural defects for 2 years. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials. Natural settling, weather damage, and improper maintenance are not covered.

6. Project Timeline

Start and completion dates are estimates subject to weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Property Access

Clients must provide reasonable access to work areas, including utilities when needed. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or structures.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation fees may apply if work is cancelled after materials are ordered or work has begun. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Permits and Regulations

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed. We comply with all local building codes and regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation remain our property until final payment. We reserve the right to photograph completed work for promotional purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract amount. We are not responsible for consequential damages or delays beyond our control.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation before any legal action. Michigan law governs these terms.
